Job Title: Operations Analyst
Job Description: The Operations Analyst is responsible for identifying, processing and preventing retail customer enrollment issues as well as creating reports for use by the Executive Team. The primarily functions are the evaluation, analysis and resolution of internal and external discrepancies and disputes.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Utilize internal and external systems for posting, tracking, and status reporting of retail enrollment & market transaction related issues
- Provides rapid response to resolve requests from other Market Participants
- Resolve issues & disputes accurately within the internally defined timelines
- Develop strong working relationships with internal departments and other Market Participants
- Maintain working knowledge of procedures necessary to support Operations needs
- Subject matter expert on enrollment, transaction, and billing issues
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Detail oriented with strong organization and follow-through skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
