Job Title: Operations Associate
Job Description: The Operations Associate manages multiple projects from inception to implementation. Projects focus on the design, implementation, maintenance and continued improvement of operational procedures. The successful candidate will be experienced using SQL, Excel and VBA to access data and create actionable information. Projects and day-to-day duties will require partnership with multiple business groups in cross functional teams. Day-to-day duties will include assisting with all aspects of the operations department.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage multiple operations projects, including:
- Analysis of business needs
- Process development & implementation
- Reporting of metrics to Management
- Use SQL, Excel, VBA to access data and create actionable information

Day-to-day operations include:
- Utilize internal and external systems for processing, tracking, and reporting of retail customer events and issues
- Resolve Customer Information System issues accurately within internal timelines
- Assist with ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed
- Maintain working knowledge of procedures necessary to support Operations needs
Qualifications:
- A Bachelors degree in a related field
- Min. 4 years experience in a related field
- Process oriented with strong organization and follow-through skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written skills
